Film & Television

Preventative Professional performance

On-Set Psychological Wellness

“More producers are considering offering therapy services, both on set and virtually, to help film workers cope with on-the-job stress” (Sakoui, 2023).

I provide professional, bespoke, therapeutic support services to production companies, studios, crew, and creative freelancers. Support can be provided both remotely and on-set.

Pre-Production Support

Pre-production support includes specialist script consultancy to ensure mental health content is portrayed with accuracy, sensitivity, and humanity. Services can include stress and mental health risk assessments, along with psychometric and personality evaluations, providing valuable insights for safe and effective production planning.

On-Set & Location Services

On-set and location support includes dedicated psychological care to safeguard the mental and emotional well-being of cast and crew throughout production. This can involve immediate access to mental health first aid, therapy, and counselling sessions, ensuring support is available during high-pressure moments. To extend care beyond filming hours, a confidential mental health hotline can also be provided, offering discreet, ongoing support. Together, these services create a comprehensive safety net that prioritises well-being at every stage of the production process.

Post Production & Aftercare

Aftercare psychotherapy services for film and television productions include dedicated support to help individuals transition out of intense production environments. These services provide a safe space to process experiences, restore balance, and promote long-term well-being once filming has ended.
