Hi, I’m Megan Drummond, a psychotherapist who works with clients seeking meaningful, lasting change in their lives and relationships. I specialise in narcissistic abuse recovery and integrative psychotherapy, offering a highly personalised, evidence‑based approach that blends neuroscience with advanced clinical training.

I hold a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy, a Graduate Diploma in Psychological Studies, and a Bachelor of Business Administration. I am currently undertaking doctoral studies at the University of Chester (UK). I have also completed further training in Neuroscience, Positive Psychology, and International Women’s Health and Human Rights through programs at Penn State, Harvard, and Stanford.

I am the creator of @you._are._not._crazy, a widely followed platform that offers daily support and education for survivors of narcissistic abuse. Through this work, I have built a trusted voice in the field, helping thousands of people make sense of their experiences and find a path to recovery.
