Cancellation Policy
At Megan Drummond Psychotherapy, we value your time and aim to provide a smooth and respectful booking experience.
Notification of Cancellation or Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or requests to reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients. We understand that circumstances can sometimes change unexpectedly. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
In cases of repeated last-minute cancellations or non-attendances, we reserve the right to decline or block future bookings.

Refunds or Credits
If you require a refund or rescheduling of a paid consultation, you must notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as a non-attendance. In the case of a non-attendance, the full consultation fee will be forfeited and no refunds or credits will be issued.
We reserve the right to cancel consultations where necessary, provided that reasonable notice is given.
